Our investment in leading edge technology makes Impact Labels the most socially responsible label printers in Australia, simply because this technology allows us to be more efficient and create less waste.
The Pure Tone Inks used at Impact Labels utilise stronger pigments with greater density and vibrancy. This means that we use less ink than is used in conventional systems, and because we use less ink we can print more quickly and efficiently.
We have also invested in a full closed loop colour management system including the latest colour spectrophotometer and ink formulating software we can mix our inks more precisely. Any leftover inks can then be scanned and stored, then remixed and used again at later date – rather than being discarded which is the typical industry practice.
